Low-temperature-resistant geopolymer repair mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of low-temperature-resistant geopolymer repair mortar, and belongs to the technical field of mortar processing, the reparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a sodium hydroxide solution; (2) preparing an alkaline activator; (3) stirring at a low speed; (4) quickly stirring; and (5) forming and maintaining. The repair mortar is prepared from the two geopolymers of the slag and the silica fume, and the purpose is to combine respective characteristics of different geopolymers to form complementary advantages, so that the prepared repairing mortar has good mechanical properties; two kinds of solutions (a sodium hydroxide solution and water glass) are selected and mixed in proportion to serve as an alkaline exciting agent, and the exciting effect is better achieved; the mechanical strength of the geopolymer repair mortar in a low-temperature environment is improved through functional admixtures such as a water reducing agent and an early strength agent. Finally, the 1d compressive strength of the geopolymer repair mortar in a low-temperature environment reaches 30MPa.
本发明公开了一种耐低温地聚合物修补砂浆的制备方法,属于砂浆加工技术领域,包括如下步骤:(1)氢氧化钠溶液配制;(2)碱性激发剂的制备;(3)低速搅拌;(4)快速搅拌;(5)成型、养护。本发明使用矿渣、硅灰两种地聚合物制备修补砂浆,目的在于结合不同地聚物各自的特点,形成优势互补,使得制备的修补砂浆具有良好的力学特性;选用两类溶液(氢氧化钠溶液和水玻璃)按比例混合作为碱性激发剂,更好地发挥激发作用;通过减水剂、早强剂等功能型外加剂提高低温环境下地聚合物修补砂浆的力学强度。最终实现地聚合物修补砂浆在低温环境下1d抗压强度达到30MPa。
