Low-carbon geopolymer mortar repair material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses a low-carbon geopolymer mortar repair material. The concrete is prepared by mixing a composite alkaline excitation solution, composite silicon-aluminum powder, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and water. The composite alkaline excitation solution is prepared by mixing sodium hydroxide, a sodium silicate solution and water according to the mass ratio of (1: 6)-(8: 1), and the modulus of the composite alkaline excitation solution is 1.2-1.5. The composite silicon-aluminum powder material is prepared by mixing fly ash and blast furnace slag according to a mass ratio of 1: (0-0.2). The invention also discloses a preparation method of the low-carbon geopolymer mortar repair material. On the basis of meeting the repairing performance of the repairing material, industrial waste is recycled, carbon emission in the material production process is reduced, energy is saved, and the repairing material is green and low-carbon.
