The cement, the coal gangue, the lime, the gypsum, the superfine sand, the plasticizer and the water are stirred and mixed according to different proportions, the coal gangue mortar meeting different breaking strength, compressive strength and bonding strength can be prepared, and the coal gangue mortar can replace cement mortar and is widely applied to preparation of concrete drainage pipes. Therefore, not only the problems of large occupied area and serious environmental pollution of the coal gangue aresolved, but also the coal gangue is turned into wealth, resources are saved to a great extent, and very high social benefits and economic benefits are achieved.
