The invention relates to the technical field related to kitchens, in particular to an environment-friendly kitchen material and a preparation device thereof. The environment-friendly kitchen material is prepared from, by weight, 20-40 parts of soft kaolin, 15-26 parts of petalite, 10-16 parts of hard clay, 1-8 parts of pig liver iron-containing extract, 8-14 parts of white mud, 0.5-2 parts of antioxidant, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 16-20 parts of quartz, 10-15 parts of calcined talc and 1-5 parts of black jade powder. The environment-friendly kitchen material is novel in design, the petalite has the characteristics of stability and heat resistance, so that the defect that a traditional kitchen material is easy to crack when being burnt dry is overcome, the white mud is rich in aluminum element and mineral nutrition, and the iron-containing extract of the pork liver contains iron element and can improve the nutrition of food when being used in the kitchen material, so that a prepared kitchen ware has a health-preserving effect.
