PPM environment-friendly material and preparation device thereof
The invention discloses a PPM environment-friendly material and a preparation device thereof. The PPM environment-friendly material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 13%-18% of polypropylene resin, 65%-82% of calcium carbonate, 0.6%-9% of a coupling agent, 0.6%-9% of a dispersing agent, 0.6%-9% of a lubricating agent, 0.15%-2.5% of an antioxidant, 0.6%-9% of a stabilizer, 6%-9% of sepiolite powder and 6%-9% of quartz sand. S04, the obtained feed liquid is placed in an evaporation kettle and heated to be boiled, water is evaporated, and the feed liquid is concentrated until a softened environment-friendly material is formed; s05, performing natural air cooling on the softened environment-friendly material obtained in S04; and S06, the environment-friendly material subjected to air cooling in the step S05 is machined into powder. According to the PPM environment-friendly material and the preparation device thereof provided by the invention, the calcium carbonate is added into the PPM environment-friendly material to replace petroleum, and then the proportion of the calcium carbonate is increased and the proportion of the polypropylene resin is reduced, so that the proportion of the calcium carbonate is increased to reduce the production cost for producing the PPM environment-friendly material related to a polypropylene material.
