The construction method comprises the following steps: scraping off the painting layer of the original wall surface, scraping off the fraction layer, smearing the adhesion agent, brushing the cement mortar, brushing the putty on the cement mortar layer, polishing the putty, and finally brushing the wall surface coating. The wall coating can be used in constructional engineering and has the advantage of improving the thermal insulation capacity of a building.
