Suspension bridge cable saddle
The invention provides a suspension bridge cable saddle. The suspension bridge cable saddle comprises a saddle body, a saddle groove seat comprising a saddle groove bottom plate and two parallel saddle groove side plates, and two step assemblies; the two saddle groove side plates are located on the same side of the saddle groove bottom plate, an open groove is defined by the saddle groove bottom plate and the two saddle groove side plates, the saddle groove bottom plate is connected with the saddle body, and the saddle body and the saddle groove side plates are located on the different sides of the saddle groove bottom plate respectively; the two step assemblies are located in the open groove, each step assembly comprises a plurality of saddle groove plates which are sequentially stacked on the saddle groove bottom plate, the lengths of the saddle groove plates in the width direction of the open groove are sequentially reduced in the direction away from the saddle groove bottom plate, each saddle groove plate is provided with aligned side edges, and the aligned side edges are coplanar; the aligned side edge of each saddle groove plate of one step assembly is connected with one saddle groove side plate in an attached mode, and the aligned side edge of each saddle groove plate of the other step assembly is connected with the other saddle groove side plate in an attached mode. The difficulty of machining and forming the step surface in the saddle groove seat can be reduced, the machining period is shortened, and the machining cost is reduced.
