The pre-buried bottom plate is pre-buried in concrete, and the top of the pre-buried bottom plate is connected with the bottom of the base; a saddle body bearing is arranged at the bottom of the splay cable saddle body, and the bottom of the saddle body bearing is clamped with the top of the base; a bearing groove is formed in the bottom of the saddle body bearing, a mounting groove is formed in the top of the base, a base boss is embedded in the mounting groove, and the base boss is embedded in the bearing groove; the top arc-shaped face of the base boss is embedded into the bearing groove, the base boss side edge straight faces on the left side and the right side of the base boss are embedded into the mounting grooves, and a reserved gap exists between the saddle body bearing and the base.
