The invention discloses a prefabricating and installing method for a stably-installed bridge superstructure for road engineering, which comprises the following steps that: step 1, a beam body steel reinforcement framework is prefabricated, pre-installing and splicing are carried out at the lower part before installation, a steel strand is installed between two to four main auxiliary frameworks during splicing, the steel strands penetrate through the reserved holes, so that the framework bodies are connected, and laser welding equipment can be adopted for assistance in the splicing process; and step 2, the prestress of the steel strand obtained after punching is completed is adjusted, auxiliary supporting and adjusting are conducted through a jack and other equipment in the adjusting process, the initial stress of the steel strand is adjusted from a loose state to a slightly-tightened state, an adjusting space is reserved for subsequent adjustment of the steel strand, and corresponding end lock sleeves are additionally arranged at the two ends of the steel strand. The effect of improving the prefabricated installation stability of the upper structure of the bridge is achieved, the safety during installation is improved, and the problem that the stability is lowered due to the fact that reinforcement is not in place during installation is solved.
本发明公开了一种安装稳定的道路工程用桥梁上部构造预制安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,预制梁体钢筋骨架,在安装前在下方进行预安装拼接,钢筋骨架由2~4个主要副骨架组成,在拼接时将其之间加装钢绞线,钢绞线从预留下的孔洞内穿过,使多个骨架体之间得到连接,拼接过程可采用激光焊接设备进行辅助;步骤二,对穿孔完毕后的钢绞线预应力进行调节,调节过程中使用千斤顶等设备进行辅助支撑与调节,钢绞线初应力由松动状调动至微绷状,供钢绞线后续调节留下调动空间,对钢绞线两端处加设对应的端头锁套。其实现了提高桥梁上部构造预制安装稳定性效果,并对安装时的安全性进行提高,因安装时加固不到位而导致稳定性下降的情况出现的问题。
