When a tower foundation is built in a frozen soil layer, a constructor arranges the anti-freezing pulling bottom column structure at the bottom of a pile hole, the umbrella rib structure is embedded into a soil body to play a role of a pre-embedded rib, and when the pile foundation is influenced by the effect of freezing pulling force, the umbrella rib structure and the framework stand column can provide downward pulling resistance to weaken the freezing pulling phenomenon; the requirement for the production technology is low, assembly line batch production is facilitated, the manufacturing cost is low, the construction difficulty is small, and construction is simplified.
