The anti-pulling hollow pile comprises an outer reinforcement cage and a hollow pile body, wherein the outer reinforcement cage and the hollow pile body are integrally formed through concrete pouring, a supporting object, an inner reinforcement cage and a concrete injection core are arranged in the hollow pile body, and the concrete injection core is located on the supporting object; the inner reinforcement cage and the concrete injection core are integrally formed, a protrusion is arranged in the hollow pile body, one side of the protrusion and the hollow pile body are integrally formed through concrete pouring, and the other side of the protrusion and the concrete injection core are integrally formed; the construction method comprises steps that in the hollow pile manufacturing stage, the hollow pile body is obtained by pouring concrete, and one side of the protrusion is exposed out of the concrete of the hollow pile body; a pile sinking stage is conducted; a core grouting stage is conducted, specifically, the supporting object is placed in the hollow pile body, the inner reinforcement cage is placed on the supporting object, concrete is poured into the hollow pile body, and a concrete injection core is obtained. The anti-pulling hollow pile is advantaged in that the defect of potential safety hazards existing in the anti-pulling hollow pile is overcome.
