The invention discloses an underground space damp-proof energy-saving assembly system design structure. The design structure comprises the ground, a steel framework installed on the ground, an underground top surface base layer and a side wall body, wherein the steel framework comprises a horizontal steel framework and a vertical steel framework, and a horizontal damp-proof layer is arranged between the horizontal steel framework and the ground; a vertical water accumulation chamber is arranged between the vertical steel framework and the side wall body, a vertical damp-proof layer is arranged on the outer side wall of the vertical steel framework, a hanging piece is arranged at the bottom of the underground top face base layer, a base layer keel frame is connected to the hanging piece, a top layer veneer is connected to the base layer keel frame, a floor drain hole is formed in the bottom of the vertical water accumulation chamber, and a floor drain is installed in the floor drain hole; and the floor drain hole is communicated with the drain pipe. The design structure is advantaged in that the interlayer dewatering and drainage technology is adopted, the steel framework and the wall body are used for building the interlayer to form the vertical water accumulation chamber, and the horizontal damp-proof layer and the vertical damp-proof layer are arranged on the steel framework, so moisture of the ground and the side wall is prevented from running into a room, the indoor wall is prevented from being moist, and various quality problems of facing materials which are easily caused are prevented.
