During raining, rainwater enters shells through first water permeable holes, and the two shells are connected through bolts and insertion holes; in this way, connection between the shells is not prone to loosening, when rainwater is heavy, a floating plate can move upwards, rainwater can be drained through a drainage pipe, meanwhile, the floating plate moves upwards to drive a protruding block to move upwards, the protruding block moves upwards, rainwater seeps through a second water permeable hole, a part of rainwater can be directly drained through the first drainage groove, the rainwater can be drained through the sponge, and a little water can be stored, so that the ground surface temperature can be reduced when the temperature is high, the second drainage groove is formed in the edge of the shell and can also be used for drainage, and the leakage net is arranged at the upper end of the second drainage groove and can prevent blockage of particles and impurities.
