Support-free mounting method for self-balancing umbrella-shaped structure
The invention relates to a support-free mounting method for a self-balancing umbrella-shaped structure. The method comprises the following steps that analogue simulation calculation is performed through finite element software to ensure that a structure main body is in a self-balancing state in an installation process; a bracket is manufactured by a processing factory; the bracket is mounted in advance; one end of a steel wire rope is tied and fixed on the component on the ground, and clamping plates are welded at the two ends of the component and are connected through single-side groove partial penetration welding; after the component is hoisted in place, the clamping plate is connected with a component bracket single-side groove part reserved in advance in a penetration welding mode, and after the clamping plate is welded, the other end of the steel wire rope is pulled and fixed to the support through the steel wire rope sleeve hole; and the steps are repeated, and installation of the remaining components is completed. According to the method, reinforcing and fixing are achieved through the supports, the steel wire ropes and the clamping plates, safety and convenience are achieved, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the supports, the steel wire ropes and the clamping plates in the method can be recycled, universality and operability are high, the loss rate of materials is greatly reduced, and cost is saved.
本发明是一种自平衡伞形结构的无支撑安装方法;包括通过有限元软件仿真模拟计算,确保安装过程中,结构主体处于自平衡状态;加工厂制作支架;支架提前通过支架安装;在地面将钢丝绳一端拉结固定在构件上,同时构件两端焊接卡码板,采用单边坡口部分熔透焊接连接;构件吊装到位后,卡码板与提前预留的构件牛腿单边坡口部分熔透焊接连接,待卡码板焊接完成后,将钢丝绳另一端通过钢丝绳套孔拉结固定于支架上;重复以上步骤,完成剩余构件的安装。本方法通过支架、钢丝绳和卡码板加固固定,安全便捷,大幅度增加施工工效,本方法中的支架、钢丝绳和卡码板均可周转使用,通用性、可操作性强,极大程度地减小材料的损耗率,节约成本。
