Reinforced concrete beam and fabricated structure construction method thereof
An reinforced concrete beam and a fabricated structure construction method thereof are provided. The reinforced concrete beam comprises a steel pipe column, a hole is formed in the steel pipe column, a steel bar of the reinforced concrete beam penetrates through the steel pipe column from the hole, and a reinforcing steel plate is arranged at the hole; concrete is poured into the steel pipe column. The first-time concrete pouring in the steel pipe column utilizes a tower crane to hang a hopper, a hose is arranged at the bottom of the hopper, concrete is connected with one side of the steel pipe column through the hopper and the hose at the bottom of the hopper, and the concrete is poured into the steel pipe from one side of the steel pipe column. According to the steel pipe column of the reinforced concrete beam, a direct hole forming mode is adopted, the steel bars of the reinforced concrete beam penetrate through the steel pipe column from the holes, the overall size of the component is reduced, and in addition, the node problem existing in an existing structure does not exist. In order to reduce the size of the hole of the steel pipe column as much as possible, upper and lower rows and side ribs are in direct contact with the hole of the steel pipe column in the core thickened area.
一种钢筋混凝土梁及其装配式施工方法,包括钢管柱,钢管柱上设有洞口,钢筋混凝土梁的钢筋从洞口穿过钢管柱,在洞口位置设置补强钢板;钢管柱内浇筑混凝土。钢管柱内第一次混凝土浇筑利用塔吊吊置料斗,料斗底部设置软管,混凝土通过料斗及料斗底部的软管连接钢管柱的一侧,混凝土从钢管柱的一侧浇筑入钢管内。该钢筋混凝土梁的钢管柱采用直接开洞的形式,将钢筋混凝土梁的钢筋从洞口穿过钢管柱,减少了构件整体的尺寸,另外也不存在现有结构中存在的节点问题。为尽量减小钢管柱洞口尺寸,与梁箍筋截面基本相同,上下排及侧面边筋与核心加厚区钢管柱洞口直接接触。
