The invention relates to an anchoring structure of an FRP rib cable and a construction method of the anchoring structure. The anchoring structure of the FRP rib cable comprises an anchor cup arranged on the protruding part of an FRP rib in a sleeving mode; a wire separating plate which is fixedly arranged in the anchor cup, wherein a plurality of holes are formed in the wire separating plate at intervals, and the FRP ribs correspondingly penetrate through the holes, so that set intervals are formed among the FRP ribs; an end plate which is used for blocking the through hole and is attached to the end part of the FRP rib; a first filler which is filled in the through hole; and an extension cylinder which is sleeved on the part, coated with the sheath, of the FRP rib cable and is fixed at the end part, far away from the end plate, of the anchor cup, wherein the extension cylinder is filled with a second filler. The problem that the anchoring difficulty of the large-tonnage FRP rib cable is large is effectively solved. The transverse extrusion of the anchoring filler on the FRP rib is reduced, and the wedge-shaped structure is additionally arranged at the end of the FRP rib, so that the anchoring efficiency and the overall anchoring strength of the rib cable are improved, the advantage of high strength of the FRP rib cable is fully played, and the overall reliability of a cable anchor system is improved.
