The invention discloses a cable beam anchoring structure for reinforcing a cable-stayed system and a construction method of the cable beam anchoring structure. The cable beam anchoring structure comprises a bridge tower, an inhaul cable, combined profile steel and a bracket welded to the combined profile steel. Combined section steel is anchored to a box girder top plate through a connecting device, a bridge tower is welded to the combined section steel, and the bridge tower and the combined section steel are connected through an inhaul cable. Good tensile property of steel is fully utilized, horizontal component force generated by the inhaul cable is borne by shearing resistance of the first bracket, adverse effects of large axial tension on a main beam in a mid-span cable-free area of a traditional cable-stayed bridge can be directly avoided, and vertical force can provide upward lifting force for the main beam, so that the cable-stayed bridge is convenient to use. The bending resistance and the shearing resistance of the main beam are enhanced, downwarping deformation of the main beam is reduced, and development of cracks of the main beam can be restrained. The structure is simple, construction is convenient, safety and economy are achieved, and good application prospects are achieved.
