The invention relates to the technical field of attached lifting scaffolds and discloses an attached lifting scaffold with an anti-falling guide mechanism. The lifting scaffold comprises a building body, wherein an anti-falling mechanism and a falling identification mechanism are arranged on the outer side of the building body; and the anti-falling mechanism comprises a fixing frame plate, a connecting block, a first fixing bolt, connecting plates, a fixing rod, a fixing sleeve, supporting rods, a first supporting disc, a first buffering rod and a second supporting disc. The lifting scaffold is advantaged in that the connecting plate and the supporting rods are arranged on the fixing frame plate, the scaffold can be supported by penetrating the supporting rods through the multiple supporting discs and the buffering rods, when the scaffold falls, the three supporting discs can form triple blocking, meanwhile, the buffering rods on the supporting discs can form various buffering through springs and damping blocks, impact of the scaffold is cushioned, in addition, the fixing rods and the connecting plates are connected to the bottoms of the supporting rods, effective supporting force can be formed at the bottoms, and therefore the supporting strength of the supporting rods is improved.
