A concrete pouring method for a large steel ladle reinforced concrete protective door is suitable for filling construction of concrete in a door cavity of a steel ladle reinforced concrete flat protective door, a specially-made fixed door groove serves as a fixed container of the steel ladle reinforced concrete protective door, and the protective door is erected in the fixed door groove, conventional protective door concrete filling is transferred to the position below the ground from the ground, and a fixed door groove is matched with an adjustable reinforcing bolt for supporting, so that it is guaranteed that the protective door is in a horizontal state and a vertical state in the concrete pouring process; the compactness in the concrete pouring process is ensured by adopting an attached vibrator and a layered pouring method; concrete pouring is carried out in a simple self-discharging mode. Therefore, the pouring method adopts the self-unloading vertical concrete pouring method for the flat plate protective door, the steel door plate of the protective door is ensured not to deform in the whole concrete pouring process, the quality problem of cavity interlayer and door plate deformation generated when the protective door is horizontally poured is completely eradicated, and factory-like batch production and prefabrication can be realized.
