The invention provides a steel reinforced concrete column-beam joint concrete pouring construction method. The method includes the steps that step one, a formwork supporting system is erected; step two, a beam bottom formwork is installed at a beam-column joint; step three, beam steel bars are bound at the beam-column joint, and a beam side formwork at one side is installed; step four, horizontal blocking steel bars are installed; step five, a dense-mesh steel wire mesh is installed at a beam-column joint plugging position; step six, air in an inflatable air bag is exhausted, and the inflatable air bag is placed at the outer side of the dense-mesh steel wire mesh in a beam; step seven, the beam side formwork at the other side is installed, the air bag is inflated, and plugging of the beam-column joint before concrete pouring is achieved; step eight, exhaust pipes are placed on a column at the beam-column joint and in the beam; and step nine, the installation of all the formworks is completed, and concrete pouring is conducted after the formworks are inspected to be qualified. According to the steel reinforced concrete column-beam joint concrete pouring construction method, the column-beam joint is plugged by utilizing the compressibility, elasticity and flexibility of the air bag, so that the plugging effect is greatly improved.
本发明提出了一种型钢混凝土柱梁节点混凝土浇筑施工方法,包括:步骤1:搭设模板支撑体系;步骤2:在梁柱节点处安装梁底模板;步骤3:在梁柱节点处绑扎梁钢筋,安装其中一侧的梁侧模板;步骤4:安装封堵水平钢筋;步骤5:在梁柱节点封堵处安装密目钢丝网;步骤6:将充气气囊内气体排尽,并放置在梁内密目钢丝网外侧;步骤7:安装另一侧的梁侧模板,并将气囊充气,实现梁柱节点处混凝土浇筑前的封堵;步骤8:在梁柱节点处柱以及梁内放置排气管;步骤9:完成所有模板的安装,检查合格后进行混凝土的浇筑。本发明所采用的的方法利用气囊的可压缩性、弹性、柔韧性对柱梁节点处封堵,极大地提高封堵效果。
