The device comprises a shell, wherein a top cover is arranged at the top of the shell, a cleaning window is formed in the bottom of the shell; a first rotating shaft with bristles and installed in the shell and above the cleaning window, wherein the bristles extend to the cleaning window, and the two ends of the first rotating shaft extend out of the two sides of the shell; a motor transmission mechanism used for driving the first rotating shaft to rotate and mounted in the shell; a track transmission mechanism comprising a track with a sucker on the outer surface and a track wheel for driving the track to rotate, and the track wheel is coaxially connected to the end part of the first rotating shaft; a dust collector mounted in the shell; a water tank fixed on the top surface of the top cover, wherein a water pump is mounted in the water tank, a drainage plate is fixed on the bottom surface of the top cover, the bottom of the drainage plate is communicated with a sprinkling pipe, and a water pipe is connected between the water pump and the drainage plate.
