The invention discloses an anti-settling and anti-sliding bridge cone slope construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, pre-embedded pull rods are distributed in the vertical and horizontal directions when a bridge abutment is poured, and the exposed ends of the pull rods are subjected to anti-corrosion treatment; S2, a layer of backfill soil with a certain thickness is laid and rolled to be compact, the area close to the bridge abutment is tamped manually or through small equipment, the area close to the embankment slope is subjected to step digging treatment, and the whole plate of soil body is completely compacted to be qualified; S3, flexible connecting ribs are laid on the top face of the current layer of backfill soil, slope panels of the current layer are installed on the outer side faces, one ends of the connecting ribs are connected with the pull rods, the other ends of the connecting ribs are connected with the slope panels, and the connecting ribs are in a tightened state; and S4, the step S2 and the step S3 are repeated, construction is conducted upwards layer by layer till cone slope filling is completed, then rib columns are distributed and installed on the outer side faces of the slope panels, and the single rib column is clamped on the outer side faces of all the layers of slope panels at the same time. The cone slope can be prevented from settling and sliding, the shock resistance is good, and the cost is saved.
