Straining beam and capping beam construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of geotechnical engineering construction, in particular to a straining beam and capping beam construction method. The method comprises the steps: designing straining beam and/or capping beam formworks according to actual requirements, then dividing the formworks into front formworks and rear formworks, and assembling the formworks respectively; during construction, lifting the front formworks and the rear formworks through a first electric hoist device and a second electric hoist device of a height lifter correspondingly, and then folding and locking the front formworks and the rear formworks; and finally, performing pouring and irrigation, when concrete reaches the formwork removal strength, removing the front formworks and the rear formworks, and lowering the front formworks and the rear formworks to the ground through the height lifter to complete construction. According to the straining beam and cover beam construction method, the front formworks and the rear formworks are assembled on the ground firstly, then the front formworks and the rear formworks are lifted to the needed height through the height lifter, and then the front formworks and the rear formworks are spliced and assembled into a complete formwork. Material cost, labor cost and use of crane construction equipment are greatly saved, the construction efficiency can be effectively improved, the construction period is shortened, and construction safety is ensured.
