Basement indoor mildew-proof process
The invention provides a basement indoor mildew-proof process. The mildew-proof process comprises the following steps of step 1, treating a base layer, namely removing convex parts on the surface of the base layer, chiseling smooth parts on the surface of the base layer, and cleaning residues and dirt; 2, pulping, firstly, mixing a cementing material with water, then adding expanded perlite, and continuously stirring to form perlite mortar; 3, plastering, and perlite mortar being smeared to a wall face of the basement; 4, water-resistant putty being scraped, and two layers of water-resistant putty being scraped on the wall face of the basement; 5, corners being cleaned, polished and calendered; and 6, mildew-proof paint being brushed, and a wall face of the basement being coated with two layers of mildew-proof paint. The perlite mortar is smeared on a wall surface of the basement and used for isolating the wall body from the indoor temperature, so when air in the basement makes contact with the wall surface, water vapor in the air is not prone to being condensed into water drops and attached to the wall surface, and generation of basement moisture can be reduced to a great extent.
本发明提供了一种地下室室内防潮工艺,包括如下步骤:步骤一:基层处理,对基层表面的凸出部位进行剔平,对基层表面的光滑部位进行凿毛,对残渣污垢进行清理;步骤二:制浆,首先将胶结料与水拌和,然后加入膨胀珍珠岩继续搅拌,形成珍珠岩灰浆;步骤三:抹灰,将珍珠岩灰浆涂抹至地下室的墙面上;步骤四:刮耐水腻子,在地下室的墙面上刮两层耐水腻子;步骤五:清修边角、打磨压光;步骤六:刷防霉涂料,于地下室的墙面上涂饰两层防霉涂料。在地下室的墙面上涂抹珍珠岩灰浆,用以将墙体与室内温度隔绝,如此当地下室内部的空气与墙面接触时,空气中的水汽不易凝结成水珠并附着在墙面上,能够在极大程度上减少地下室潮湿的产生。
