The invention discloses an anti-inclination guide rail for an attached lifting scaffold, and belongs to the technical field of wet pressing of fiberboards, the anti-inclination guide rail comprises an outer frame assembly and four groups of monomer assemblies arranged on the inner wall of the outer frame assembly, and the outer frame assembly comprises combined frames located at the top and the bottom and a plurality of vertical frames arranged between the two combined frames; and each single assembly comprises a partition plate arranged on the outer wall of one side of the vertical frame and an inner frame fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the partition plate. According to the invention, the single body assemblies and the outer frame assemblies are arranged, the guide rail serving as an attached scaffold needs to be arranged before the scaffold ascends in a traditional guide rail arrangement mode, and the situation that resources are wasted in a high-rise building exists is avoided. Through the mechanism that the guide rail can move relatively by depending on the single body assemblies and the outer frame assemblies, the guide rail can climb automatically, building exterior arrangement is carried out before the scaffold ascends, long-distance guide rail laying is avoided, meanwhile, the outer frame assembly and the single body assembly alternately move, anti-inclination protection can be provided for the attached scaffold, and safety is improved.
