The invention discloses a fifth-generation multifunctional middle-high-rise building. Thefifth-generation multifunctional middle-high-rise building comprises a building body, a photovoltaic power generation handrail and a solar water heater and further comprises a concrete open-web sandwich plate floor system, a parking garage is arranged in the middle of the building body, a vehicle-mounted elevator is arranged in the middle of the parking garage, and fire elevators and evacuation stairs are arranged at the four corners of the parking garage correspondingly. Six building units are distributed on the periphery of the parking garage, courtyard type balconies are arranged at the ends, away from the parking garage, of the building units, photovoltaic power generation railings are installed on the sides, away from the building units, of the courtyard type balconies, and solar water heaters are installed at the positions, located at the building units, of the top end of the building body. A helicopter parking platform is arranged at the top end of the building body, and an evacuation personnel entrance and exit is formed in the building body. The fifth-generation multifunctional middle-high-rise building is completely safe and reliable in structural design, factory-like in building manufacturing and prefabricated in construction; and the green building requirements of emission reduction, energy conservation and low carbon are met.
