DEMOLITION METHOD OF MIDDLE-HIGH-RISE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demolition method of middle-high-rise building capable of solving problems of surrounding environments, safety and cost by performing the work in a simple and easy manner.SOLUTION: The demolition method repeats a cut and lowering work of floor slabs and beams in order from the uppermost floor to the lower floor of a middle-high-rise building B to be destruction, including the steps of: receiving floor slabs 1 and beams 2 of the upper floor by using plural hydraulic jacks J which are interposed between the upper floor and the lower floor; cutting off every posts 3 on the lower floor; and lowering down the floor slabs 1 and beams 2 of the upper floor on the floor slab 1 of the lower floor by contracting the hydraulic jacks J. Thus, the floor slabs 1 and beams 2 of the upper floor are lowered being piled up on the floor slab 1 of the lower floor in order. Subsequently, the piled up floor slabs 1 and beams 2 are destructed as a batch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工を単純かつ容易にして、周辺環境、安全、及びコストの問題を解決する。【解決手段】この解体工法は、解体する中高層構築物Bの最上階から順次下の階へ、上の階の床版1及び梁2を下の階に介装した複数の油圧ジャッキJで受けて、下の階のすべての柱3を切断し、各油圧ジャッキJの収縮により上の階の床版1及び梁2を下の階の床版1上に降ろす床版及び梁の切り降ろし施工を繰り返し、上の階の床版1及び梁2を下の階の床版1上に順次積み重ねて降ろしていき、これにより積み重ねた床版1及び梁2を一括して解体する。【選択図】図1
