Self-sealing hollow glass and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of glass products, and particularly discloses self-sealing hollow glass and a preparation process thereof. The self-sealing hollow glass comprises glass bodies which are oppositely arranged, an aluminum frame is bonded between the two glass bodies through a first sealant, the aluminum frame is filled with a drying agent and an effervescent tablet, air holes are formed in the inner side of the aluminum frame, and a flexible rubber sheet is arranged between the two glass bodies and located on the outer side of the aluminum frame. A second sealant is filled between the two glass bodies and on the outer side of the flexible rubber sheet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting a raw sheet, edging, cleaning, tempering, assembling and baking. The hollow glass provided by the invention has the effect of solving the problems that the inner side of the glass is matte and the hollow glass cannot be flame-retardant.
