The invention provides a mine anti-fouling and anti-seepage treatment method for waste incineration fly ash treatment and an anti-seepage layer. By means of the mode that the two concrete anti-seepage layers are laid in the roadway and the GCL geosynthetic clay liner is clamped between the two concrete anti-seepage layers, the effects of anti-seepage, dirt isolation and secondary supporting are achieved.
