The invention discloses a method for preparing high-entropy rare earth tantalate hollow sphere powder through a centrifugal spray granulation method, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing raw materials YAR2O3 oxide and tantalum pentoxide Ta2O5 according to a ratio, carrying out ball milling and uniform mixing, and then carrying out drying, sieving and calcining treatment to obtain blocky tantalate; step 2, crushing blocky tantalate, adding powder and primary deionized water into a grinding machine for grinding to obtain slurry in a required particle size range, then putting the slurry into a filter press for filtering, drying and sieving to obtain dried powder, adding secondary deionized water and a binder into the dried powder, adding a defoaming agent to obtain a spray granulation preform, drying the mixture, and sieving the mixture to obtain the rare earth tantalate hollow sphere powder. The hollow spherical powder prepared by the method is uniform in particle, good in fluidity and high in product purity.
