The invention discloses a combined connection type pile plate structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a pipe pile, an outer sleeve steel pipe and a prefabricated plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The end, close to the outer sleeve steel pipe, of the pipe pile is sleeved with a reinforcing end plate, a reinforcement cage and a core filling concrete supporting plate are pre-arranged in the pipe pile, and the expanded end of the reinforcement cage penetrates through the outer sleeve steel pipe and then is inserted into the prefabricated plate. Compensation shrinkage concrete used for filling the pipe pile and the outer sleeve steel pipe compactly is poured in the pipe pile and the outer sleeve steel pipe. Annular anchoring holes are reserved in the prefabricated plate, vertical main steel bars of the steel reinforcement cage penetrate through the anchoring holes of the prefabricated plate according to the design requirement to be connected with the prefabricated plate, the connecting plane is leveled through epoxy mortar, ultra-high-performance grouting materials are poured into the anchoring holes for filling and compacting, and the novel pile plate overall structure is formed. According to the scheme, a scientific basis is provided for the highway construction industry in high-speed development, and a foundation is laid for further popularization and application of the structure in offshore region highway engineering.
本发明公开一种组合连接式桩板结构及其施工方法,其结构部分包括自下而上依序设置的管桩、外套钢管和预制板;管桩靠近外套钢管一端套设有加强端板,管桩内预设有钢筋笼及填芯混凝土托板,所述钢筋笼扩头端贯穿外套钢管后插入预制板中;管桩与外套钢管内均浇筑有用于将其内部填充密实的补偿收缩混凝土;所述预制板预留有呈环形布设的锚固孔洞,所述钢筋笼的竖向主钢筋按照设计要求穿过预制板的锚固孔洞与预制板进行连接,在连接平面处以环氧砂浆进行调平,在锚固孔洞内浇灌超高性能灌浆料进行填充密实,形成新型桩板整体结构。本方案为高速发展的公路建设行业提供科学依据,为此类结构在近海地区公路工程的进一步推广应用打下基础。
