The invention discloses a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) large-module integrated external wall panel as well as a mounting structure and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the field of building external wall panels. At present, an assembly type external wall panel mainly adopts a form of an external wall, a keel, an internal partition wall and a veneer, related pipelines are mainly arranged by utilizing an interlayer between the external wall and the internal partition wall, and the mode has the problems of low pipeline positioning precision, scattered pipeline arrangement and the like, and is difficult to install and maintain and complex in construction. The external wall panel comprises a UHPC external wall panel surface layer, a UHPC external wall panel back layer, a heat preservation layer, an embedded bolt sleeve, an embedded wire pipe and a junction box, a reinforcement cage is arranged in the external wall panel, and the upper end and the lower end of the external wall panel are provided with vertically-connected splicing structures; the external wall panel can be conveniently and safely fixed on the H-shaped steel beam through the embedded bolt sleeve, the L-shaped hanging piece, the L-shaped hanging piece base and the bolt and nut assembly. The heat exchanger is high in integration level, convenient to install, capable of effectively reducing weight, high in heat transfer partition capacity, capable of avoiding messy pipeline arrangement and convenient to install and maintain.
本发明公开了一种UHPC大模块集成外墙板及其安装结构和制造方法，涉及建筑外墙板领域。目前装配式外墙板主要采用“外墙+龙骨+内隔墙+饰面板”的形式，相关管线主要利用外墙和内隔墙间的夹层进行排布，该类方式存在管线定位精度低、管线排布零散等问题，安装维护困难，施工复杂。本发明包括UHPC外墙板面层、UHPC外墙板背层、保温层、预埋螺栓套筒、预埋线管和接线盒，外墙板内设钢筋笼，外墙板的上下两端设竖向互接的拼接结构；通过预埋螺栓套筒、L型挂件、L型挂件底座及螺栓螺母组件可方便地将外墙板安全的固定在H型钢梁上。集成度高，安装方便，有效地降低重量，热量传递的隔断能力强，避免凌乱的管线布置，安装和维护方便。
