The invention relates to a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) heat preservation and decoration integrated externally-hung wallboard and a manufacturing method thereof.The UHPC heat preservation and decoration integrated externally-hung wallboard comprises a steel reinforcement framework, embedded parts and a concrete layer, the embedded parts comprise a hoisting embedded part, an upper fixing embedded part and a bottom fixing embedded part, the hoisting embedded part is fixed at the top of the steel reinforcement framework, the upper fixing embedded part is fixed at the upper half part of the steel reinforcement framework, and the bottom fixing embedded part is fixed at the lower half part of the steel reinforcement framework; the bottom fixing embedded part is fixed to the bottom of the steel reinforcement framework and comprises an embedded part and a meshing connecting part, the embedded part is embedded into the concrete layer, and the meshing connecting part is exposed out of the concrete layer; the concrete layer sequentially comprises a base layer, a bottom coating, a middle coating, a facing coating and a surface coating from inside to outside, the base layer is formed by pouring UHPC concrete, the bottom coating is formed by spraying heat-conducting primer, the middle coating is formed by spraying a ceramic vacuum microbead heat-preservation and heat-insulation coating, the facing coating is formed by spraying water-soluble pigment, and the surface coating is formed by spraying water-soluble pigment. And the surface coating is formed by spraying an anti-radiation ionic membrane. The fabric is light, thin and high in strength.
