A roof batten device comprises a roof batten, which is in an inverted U shape, wherein a clamping end is formed at an opening in the lower portion of the roof batten; a lifting frame, which is divided into a connecting part and a telescopic part from top to bottom, wherein the connecting part can be embedded into the clamping end in a pressing manner, so that the roof batten is fixedly connected with the lifting frame, one end of the telescopic part is connected with the connecting part, the other end of the telescopic part is connected with a base, and the telescopic part is used for adjusting the height of the lifting frame; and the base, which is used for being fixed on a roof structure base layer.
