Energy-saving concrete pouring method for reducing concrete vibration pitted surfaces
The invention provides an energy-saving concrete pouring method for reducing concrete vibration pitted surfaces. The method comprises the following steps that a concrete structure template is built, and reinforcing steel bars are bound in the template; the concrete is mixed, the admixture is firstly added into the concrete, dry mixing is carried out, and then water is added for mixing till required flowability is obtained; the admixture accounts for 1.2%-1.8% of the concrete; before pouring, the inner side of the formwork is wetted with mortar, then pouring is conducted, and during pouring and material distribution, a concrete discharging point is pushed in the vibrating direction, and pouring is conducted in a natural flowing mode; and the concrete form removal time is prolonged by 18-24 hours, the concrete is intermittently watered and maintained for not less than 6 hours before form removal, so water fully enters form gaps, and then the form removal is performed. According to the method, honeycomb and pitted surface phenomena of the wall surface and the cylindrical surface poured by common concrete are eliminated, the concrete is ensured to be completely dense, and safety, durability and the surface quality of the structure are improved.
本发明提供了一种减少混凝土振捣麻面的节能混凝土浇筑方法,包括如下步骤:搭建混凝土结构模板,模板内绑扎钢筋;拌和混凝土,先将外加剂加入混凝土,进行干拌混合,然后再加水拌和,直至得到所需流动性;所述外加剂占混凝土的1.2%~1.8%;浇筑前,先用砂浆将模板内侧润湿,随后进行浇筑,浇筑布料时,混凝土卸料点随着振捣的方向推进,以自然流淌的形式浇筑;混凝土拆模时间延长18~24小时,拆模前先对混凝土进行间断地洒水养护不少于6小时,使水充分进入模板缝隙,再进行拆模。本发明消除了普通混凝土浇筑的墙面、柱面的蜂窝麻面现象,保证了混凝土完全密实,提高了结构的安全性、耐久性和表面质量。
