Fiber woven mesh reinforced ECC sandwich thermal insulation composite wallboard and manufacturing method
The invention discloses a fiber woven mesh reinforced ECC sandwich thermal insulation composite wallboard and a manufacturing method. The fiber woven mesh and ECC are compounded to form TRE panels serving as an inner leaf wall and an outer leaf wall, then the TRE panels are organically combined with thermal insulation materials, and the inner leaf wall, the thermal insulation board and the outer leaf wall are connected into a whole through connecting pieces FRP ribs. The novel sandwich thermal insulation composite wallboard is light, fireproof, good in thermal insulation and heat insulation effect and good in durability. By adopting the TRE thin panel to carry out lightweight design on the sandwich wallboard, under the condition that the structural bearing capacity is met, the problems that a traditional sandwich outer wallboard is difficult to transport and hoist due to large dead weight and the like are solved, and installation is more convenient. And meanwhile, the TRE panel has excellent mechanical property, durability and crack control capability, so that the problems of falling and the like caused by poor crack resistance of a traditional external wallboard are solved, the later external wall maintenance cost is reduced, the heat preservation effect is good, and the TRE panel is suitable for an external wallboard of a fabricated structure and conforms to the development trend of building industrialization.
