The invention discloses an easy-discharging aluminum oxide ceramic spray granulation device. A spray granulation machine body is internally provided with a spray granulation chamber, a hot air guide disc and a granulation grading chamber. A mixed powder inlet pipe is arranged at a mixed powder inlet above the granulation grading chamber and leads to an area between an atomizer and the hot air guide disc. A graded powder outlet pipe is arranged at a graded powder outlet below the granulation grading chamber. A connecting clip is arranged at the inner end of the graded powder outlet and is connected with the granulation grading chamber, and a driving motor is arranged at the lower end of the connecting clip. A plurality of sets of adjusting grooves inclining upwards are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the granulation grading chamber from top to bottom, a ceramic powder material screening net plate is arranged in each set of adjusting grooves in a penetrating mode, and spherical magnet pieces are rotationally arranged in a plurality of net holes of each ceramic powder material screening net plate. The easy-discharging aluminum oxide ceramic spray granulation device solves the problems of granulation powder grading, discharging, raw material adhesion to the inner wall and the like.
