The green granulation powder is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60 to 95 parts of alpha aluminum oxide, 1 to 10 parts of silica powder, 1 to 9 parts of light calcium carbonate, 1 to 8 parts of kaolin, 1 to 8 parts of calcined talc, 1 to 5 parts of a coloring agent, 0.4 to 0.6 part of a dispersing agent, 4.5 to 7.5 parts of a binding agent and 1.2 to 2.5 parts of a release agent. The green granulation powder is moderate in water content, high in apparent density, high in green body density after blank pressing, not prone to edge breakage and corner falling and excellent in post-processing performance, the alumina ceramic plunger can have a microcrystal structure only through conventional dry pressing or isostatic pressing forming and firing processes, and the surface smoothness is high after grinding and polishing; in addition, the preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process and low in cost.
