Comprehensive treatment method of asbestos tailings
The invention relates to a comprehensive treatment method of asbestos tailings. The method comprises the following steps: 1, taking quantitative fine mineral powder, and separating out magnetic iron by using a water magnetic separation method; 2, adding 1.2 times of concentrated sulfuric acid according to the total equivalent number of metal cations in the wet mineral powder, stirring for 20 minutes, adding water to enable the liquid-solid ratio to be 3:1, performing heating and stirring for 40 minutes, and filtering and washing filter residues; 3, concentrating and drying the filtrate; and 4, adding 1.1 times of 40% sodium hydroxide solution according to the total equivalent number of silicate radicals in the filter residues, heating and stirring for 40 minutes, and performing filtering to obtain sodium silicate with a concentration of 30-40% and filter residues used as a cement production additive. About 100 kg of Fe3O4 with the purity of 65%, about 800 kg of 30%-40% sodium silicate, 150-200 kg of a cement additive and about 1000 kg of magnesium sulfate with the content of 90% can be obtained from 1 ton of asbestos tailings. The process is environment-friendly, and no wastewater or waste residue is discharged.
本发明一种石棉尾矿的综合处理方法,将石棉尾矿粉碎300目~400目,1.取定量细矿粉,用水磁选方法将磁性铁分离出来;2.按湿矿粉中金属阳离子总当量数,加入1.2倍的浓硫酸,搅拌20分钟加水,使液固比为3:1,升温搅拌40分钟,过滤水洗滤渣;3.浓缩干燥滤液;4.按滤渣中硅酸根总当量数,加入1.1倍量40%的氢氧化钠溶液,升温搅拌40分钟,过滤,得到浓度为30%~40%的硅酸钠和用作水泥生产添加剂的滤渣。本发明1吨石棉尾矿可得纯度65%的Fe3O4约100kg,30%~40%硅酸钠约800kg,水泥添加剂150~200kg,含量90%的硫酸镁约1000 kg。过程环保,没有废水和废渣排放。
