Multifunctional inorganic polymerization soil brick
The invention relates to a multifunctional inorganic polymerization soil brick, which is prepared by taking bottom slag, furnace slag, incineration fly ash, fire coal fly ash and the like as well as industrial or livelihood solid wastes such as mud, sludge, spoil and the like taken on site or nearby as raw materials and integrating an inorganic polymerization technology so as to replace the traditional sintering of high-energy-consumption soil bricks or high-carbon-emission cement bricks. The soil brick with controllable porosity and controllable engineering properties of strength, energy dissipation, noise reduction and flame resistance is prepared at normal temperature through quantitative indexes of recovery and utilization rate, such as mud addition rate, liquid-solid ratio, silicon-sodium ratio, alkali equivalent and the like; and the soil brick can be applied to underground foundation engineering supports, brick wall structures, light floor slabs and roofs, fireproof, waterproof, vibration reduction, noise reduction, heat insulation, energy dissipation and other components in a multifunctional mode, and is a green building material which has the advantages of multi-element conversion, environment-friendly low-consumption production, rapid and simple construction, multifunctional application and cyclic sustainable reutilization.
