Device and method for renovating railway ballast track ballast bed mud pumping diseases
The invention discloses a device and a method for renovating railway ballast track ballast bed mud pumping diseases. The method comprises the following step: excavating from a railway ballast to a foundation bed at the position of the mud pumping diseases. The renovation device comprises a first emulsified asphalt sand waterproof layer, first sealing layer emulsified asphalt, a medium-coarse sand filling layer, a second emulsified asphalt sand waterproof layer, second sealing layer emulsified asphalt and a medium-coarse sand protective layer which are sequentially backfilled from a foundation bed to a railway ballast. The first emulsified asphalt sand waterproof layer and the second emulsified asphalt sand waterproof layer are both prepared by uniformly mixing emulsified asphalt and mineral aggregates. Two layers of emulsified asphalt sand waterproof layers are adopted as a waterproof structure, the upper layer prevents rainwater from permeating into the foundation bed, and the lower layer prevents the lower soft foundation bed from emitting slurry to a ballast bed. The emulsified asphaltic sand has good waterproofness, low-temperature bending crack resistance and bending deformability, can effectively prevent frost boiling and mud rising diseases from relapse, and prolongs the service life of the ballast track.
本发明公开了一种铁路有砟轨道道床翻浆冒泥病害的整治装置及整治方法,在翻浆冒泥病害处自道砟开挖至基床,整治装置包括自基床至道砟依次回填的第一乳化沥青砂防水层、第一封层乳化沥青、中粗砂填充层、第二乳化沥青砂防水层、第二封层乳化沥青和中粗砂保护层;第一乳化沥青砂防水层和第二乳化沥青砂防水层均由乳化沥青和矿料均匀混合制成。本发明通过采用两层乳化沥青砂防水层作为防水结构,上面一层防止雨水下渗入基床,下面一层防止下部软弱基床冒浆至道床。乳化沥青砂具有良好的防水性、低温弯曲抗裂性、弯曲变形性,可有效防止翻浆冒泥病害复发,提高有砟轨道服役寿命。
