A foundation bed grating is laid between a railway ballast bottom layer and a subgrade foundation bed surface layer; the foundation bed grids are connected through connecting rods, and hot clay cloth is laid below the foundation bed grids and connected with the foundation bed grids; the road shoulder grids are arranged on the two sides, perpendicular to the line direction, of the foundation bed grid, and the road shoulder grids and the foundation bed grid are connected through connecting rods. The side slope grids are arranged on the two sides, perpendicular to the line direction, of the road shoulder grid, and the side slope grids and the road shoulder grid are connected through connecting rods.
