The method comprises the steps that the bridge body construction position is determined, the rail reinforcing range is determined according to the bridge body construction position, and wood sleepers penetrate into preset wood sleeper penetrating points according to the rail reinforcing range; steel rails are combined into a buckling rail bundle, and the buckling rail bundle is fixed to the wood sleepers through fastener bolts; a transverse lifting beam and a longitudinal outrigger are installed on the railway track, and the transverse lifting beam and the longitudinal outrigger are fixed on a pre-built fender pile; and a working pit is excavated in the bridge body construction position, meanwhile, the bridge body of the overpass which is manufactured in advance is jacked into the working pit, and the overpass body which is constructed is obtained. The construction method is low in cost, high in efficiency, high in safety coefficient, short in construction period and suitable for construction of the heavy-load underpass railway.
