The invention discloses an underpass tunnel and overpass pier combined construction structure and a design method. The underpass tunnel structure comprises tunnel side walls, a tunnel bottom plate and pile foundations. The overpass pier structure comprises a pier column, a pier body, a bearing platform and a pile foundation. Wherein the overpass bridge pier is rigidly connected with a tunnel, and a pier body of the overpass bridge pier, a bearing platform and a tunnel bottom plate are integrally poured; and a composite pile foundation is arranged below the tunnel bottom plate. A thickening layer is integrally arranged at the bottom of the tunnel bottom plate corresponding to an upper bridge pier crossing area; the tunnel bottom plate thickening layer and the tunnel bottom plate are in transition connection at an angle not larger than 45 degrees. While the bearing capacity and the deformation control standard are met, differential settlement is reduced through a variable stiffness leveling concept, the internal force of a tunnel bottom plate and the secondary internal force of an upper structure are reduced, the service life of a building is prolonged, and the normal use function is ensured. Therefore, reasonable arrangement of the lower tunnel building limit and the upper-span bridge pier is achieved, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of urban space is improved, and resources are saved.
本发明公开了一种下穿隧道与上跨桥墩合建结构及设计方法。所述下穿隧道结构包括,包括隧道侧墙、隧道底板及桩基础;所述上跨桥墩结构包括,包括墩柱、墩身及承台及桩基础;其中,所述的上跨桥墩与隧道刚性连接,上跨桥墩的墩身及承台与隧道底板整体浇注;隧道底板下设置复合桩基。在所述的隧道底板底部对应上跨桥墩区域一体设置加厚层;隧道底板加厚层与隧道底板之间做不大于45°角过渡衔接。本发明在满足其承载能力和变形控制标准的同时,通过变刚度调平概念来减小差异沉降、降低隧道底板内力和上部结构次内力,提高建筑物使用寿命,确保正常使用功能。从而实现下部隧道建筑限界与上跨桥墩的合理设置,提高了城市空间的综合利用效率,节约资源。
