The invention relates to a movable ocean wave eliminating facility. The facility comprises a floating plate, wherein a through hole is formed in the center of the floating plate, a plurality of supporting rods are arranged in the through hole in the circumferential direction, a first bearing is arranged between free ends of the supporting rods, a rotating shaft is arranged in the first bearing, and a water turbine is arranged at an upper end, extending out of the first bearing, of the rotating shaft; wave guide plates are symmetrically arranged on the floating plate and located on the two sides of the water turbine, each wave guide plate comprises two symmetrical arc-shaped plates, ends, away from the floating plate, of the arc-shaped plates are close to each other in a rising parabola shape, second bearings are arranged on a lower face of the floating plate and located on the front side and the rear side of the first bearing, and rotating rods are arranged in the second bearings; ends, close to each other, of the rotating rods are provided with first bevel gears, lower ends of the rotating shafts are provided with second bevel gears, and ends, away from each other, of the rotating rods are provided with propeller blades. The facility has the advantage of being capable of adapting to sea wave changes and keeping the position.
