PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a floating time of a floating pipe.SOLUTION: A movable breakwater 10 comprises an outer cylindrical pipe 11 vertically formed in a long size, having an opening part 11a on the water bottom side and inserted-fixed into the water bottom ground E and a floating pipe 12 inserted inside the outer cylindrical pipe, liftably movably arranged in the lengthwise direction of the outer cylindrical pipe and liftably provided by generating buoyancy by gas supplied to an air chamber 13 arranged on the inside of itself, and the floating pipe is formed by partitioning the air chamber by a peripheral wall of the floating pipe, an upper first partition member 15 and a lower second partition member 16, and is also provided with a third partition member 31 for blocking up a lower part of the floating pipe under the air chamber, and comprises a first communication part 32 for communicating the air chamber and the lower side of the floating pipe by penetrating through the third partition member and the second partition member and a second communication part 33 for communicating the air chamber and the lower side of the floating pipe by penetrating through the third partition member and the second partition member and having an upward projection pipe 33a extending in the air chamber from the second partition member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】浮上管の浮上時間を短縮すること。【解決手段】上下に長尺に形成されて水底側に開口部11aを有して水底地盤E内に挿入固定された外筒管11と、外筒管の内部に挿入され、外筒管の長手方向に昇降移動可能に配置されるとともに、自身の内部に配置された気室13に供給される気体により浮力を生じて上昇可能に設けられた浮上管12と、を備える可動式防波堤10において、浮上管は、気室が浮上管の周壁と上方の第一仕切部材15と下方の第二仕切部材16とで区画形成され、かつ気室の下方に浮上管の下方を塞ぐ第三仕切部材31が設けられており、第三仕切部材と第二仕切部材とを貫通して気室と浮上管の下側とを連通する第一連通部32と、第三仕切部材と第二仕切部材とを貫通して気室と浮上管の下側とを連通するとともに第二仕切部材から気室内に延出する上突管33aを有する第二連通部33と、を備える。【選択図】図10
