A grouting repair method for settlement of a power tower foundation comprises the following steps that S1, calculated explosive with the safe dosage is packaged into an explosive package in advance for standby application; S2, a drilling device is used for drilling holes downwards in an inclined mode from multiple different directions of the ground position of the power tower foundation, the bottom ends of the holes are made to be located under the power tower foundation, and the drilling device is taken out; S3, blasting charges are placed in different positions in the drill hole for blasting, the blasting source expands and explodes to generate continuous blasting shock waves, and the soil is properly loosened and fractured in a large range; and S4, a grouting pipe is inserted into the exploded fluffy soil, grouting is conducted, after grout is hardened, a soil layer of the power tower foundation is reinforced and repaired, and the foundation is prevented from continuing to settle. The micro-explosion method is adopted for blasting the soil, the soil is fully loosened and broken, the grouting range of each time is widened, the number of grouting times is small, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the time cost is saved.
