The method comprises the steps that A, a supporting pile set is arranged outside a pre-excavated foundation pit, wherein the depth of the supporting pile set is larger than the excavation depth of the pre-excavated foundation pit, and a lateral grouting opening facing the outer side of the foundation pit is formed in a supporting pile; B, drilling is conducted in the inclined lower direction through the lateral grouting opening, and an inclined grouting channel is obtained; C, a slurry guide pipe is inserted into the inclined grouting channel, and then grouting is conducted on the inclined grouting channel through the slurry guide pipe by means of a pressure grouting method to form a supporting body; D, grouting is conducted in supporting piles, so that the interiors of the supporting piles and the supporting body are integrated; and E, the pre-excavated foundation pit is excavated, and after excavation is completed, waterproof treatment is conducted on the supporting pile set on the inner side of the supporting pile set. The method has the beneficial effects that the overall stress area and range of the supporting pile set are increased, the deformation amount of the supporting pile set in foundation pit construction is reduced, piping caused by deformation of the supporting pile set is effectively prevented, and the overall construction efficiency is improved.
