The device comprises a human-computer interface, a microprocessor, a frequency converter, a water pump and a gate, wherein the water pump is installed on the gate, the microprocessor and the frequency converter are installed in a pump gate control cabinet, the water pump is connected with the frequency converter, the frequency converter is connected with the microprocessor, and the microprocessor is connected with the human-computer interface. The invention aims to provide the integrated pump gate control device which can prevent the flow of the water pump from exceeding the limit and is safer to use.
