The invention discloses an integrated pump gate device which is characterized in that a rotary grillage machine conveys large solid garbage in a water body upwards to a conveying belt, a gate is arranged at the rear part of the rotary grillage machine, a pump body is mounted at the lower part of the gate, a conveying channel of the pump body penetrates through a gate plate body, and the top of the gate is connected with the bottom end of a threaded rod; the top end of the threaded rod is in meshing transmission with a driving motor mounted on the workbench to pull the gate to move up and down; the bottom face of the river channel between the gate and the rotary grillage machine is an inclined face with the left lower than the right, the front portion of the inclined face is provided with a sand blocking ridge, the rear portion of the inclined face is provided with a sand sediment trap, a sludge pump is installed in the sand sediment trap and electrically connected with a sensor arranged in the sand sediment trap, and the output end of the sludge pump is communicated with the outside of the river channel through a conveying pipeline. The invention further discloses a control method of the integrated pump gate device. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the advantages of simplicity in operation, automatic control, safety, reliability and the like, and can effectively ensure that the gate fully closes the bottom surface of the river channel.
